Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are considered final and non-refundable, except where explicitly stated.
Digital Products and Templates
All digital products, including but not limited to branding kits, templates, workbooks, stock photos, presets, and guides, are delivered instantly upon purchase. Because these items cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on digital products. Please review product details carefully before completing your purchase. If you experience any issues with a file, please contact us at support@pulsebrandingco.com, and we will be happy to assist you.
Memberships and Subscriptions
For memberships such as Kickstart Your Brand Pulse, Launch Your Brand Pulse, and Grow Your Brand Pulse, we offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of joining, you may request a refund by contacting us at support@pulsebrandingco.com. After the 7-day period, all membership payments are final and non-refundable, and cancellations will apply to the next billing cycle.
Courses snd Coaching Programs
All purchases of courses and coaching programs, including The Pulse Branding Blueprint, The Pulse Branding Bootcamp, and Pulse Pro Brand Accelerator, are non-refundable. By enrolling, you agree to fully commit to the program. If the course or program includes a money-back guarantee, the terms will be explicitly stated on the sales page.
Exceptions and Refund Requests
